With all of the copyright issues that constantly crop up on the Annexcafe newsgroups, I am creating this section of my site especially for regulars of Annexcafe. 

     You may not be particularly interested in any of the photos that I will be uploading or you may think you've stumbled across a valuable resource. That's up to you.

     Terms and conditions for the use of my photos:

1. Do not link directly to these photos: save them to your own hard drive or other storage device.
2. Do not sell via any means, i.e. CD compilation, off your own web site or any auction site such as ebay, yahoo, greeting cards, t-shirts, etc. Even if you have made alterations to my photos, they still belong to me. 
3. If one of my photos is not going to be directly sold, but fits the bill for you as part of a CD cover, magazine article, etc, that you are selling, contact me at pixeltickler at gmail dot com and will work out some terms for use.
4. You may edit (frame, mask, filter, distort, resize, etc) these images anyway that you so desire.
5. Do not distribute my photos to any other groups in any format. If someone wants to know where you got the image you used, direct that person to pixel-tickler.com. 
6. You do not need to put a copyright mark with my name or nickname on your finished product if used for non-commercial purposes, but I do request that you provide a link back to my site either on your web page or in the body of your email stationery. You can either use a text link (http://pixel-tickler.com or http://www.pixel-tickler.com) or a graphic link: .
7. If you know how to use tickers on your web site or in your email stationery, download this text file and you can paste it from notepad into the source code of either your site or e-mail client.
8. Annexcafe users, leave me a note in the PSP tutorials group of which image or set you would like permission to download from.

As of 04/01/2007, I have over 2000 images uploaded at my flickr site.
